“They were doing some off season renovations so it wasn’t what I expected. The room was clean and I wasn’t really bothered by the renovations. Nice place to stay.”

“Staff was rude and offered no help in finding our room. The woman checking us in just said you are on the 12 floor said our room number would be on the booklet she gave us. It was not we had to go back in. Thankful an older lady helped usher to our room. Would not stay here again. ”

The real problem was the loud late check-in across the hall (1:30 am), followed by management having a loud discussion with them in the hall about their declined credit card at 2:15 am. Very inconsiderate! Pretty much ruined my night’s sleep. ”

The housekeeping staff were kind, hospitable and on point I never had to wait for what I needed or ask twice! With basic necessities covered such as a microwave and small refrigerator. I was also very impressed with the guest laundry room they had it was very convenient, so make sure you bring laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets.
